Cancellation & Return Policy
Cancellation Rights
Orders may be cancelled within 14 days of receipt, per Israeli Consumer Protection Law.
Cancellation fee: 5% of product price or ₪100, whichever is lower.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Product Condition & Refund
YALDY™ products are limited First Edition collectibles. Packaging and product condition affect their value:
- Unopened, packaging intact - Full refund minus cancellation fee.
- Unopened, packaging damaged - Refund minus cancellation fee and depreciation.
- Opened, complete with no missing pieces - Refund minus 50% of product value and cancellation fee.
- Opened, missing pieces or used - Refund minus full depreciation and cancellation fee.
Per Section 14E(c) of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, the seller may deduct from the refund the amount by which the product's value decreased due to significant deterioration in its condition.
Non-Refundable Items
- Items damaged after delivery due to customer misuse
- Digital products or downloadable content
- Pre-order items once production has begun
