Your Rights Under Israeli Consumer Protection Law
In accordance with Israeli Consumer Protection Law, customers who purchase through our website (remote transaction) are entitled to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the product.
A cancellation fee of up to 5% of the product price or 100 NIS (whichever is lower) may apply.
This right applies even if the product has been opened, provided it has not been damaged by the customer.
Additional Refund Eligibility
Beyond your statutory rights, refunds may also be issued if:
- The product arrives damaged or defective
- The wrong item was delivered
- The product was lost in transit and confirmed by the shipping provider
To request a refund, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos if relevant.
Non-Refundable Items
Due to the nature of certain products, the following are non-refundable:
- Items damaged after delivery due to customer misuse
- Digital products or downloadable content
- Pre-order items once production has begun (cancellations are accepted at any time before production begins)
Pre-Orders & Special Editions
Some YALDY™ products are offered as pre-orders and produced in limited quantities.
- Pre-order cancellations are accepted at any time before production begins
- Once a pre-order has entered production, cancellations or refunds are generally not possible
- If a significant delay or issue occurs on our side, we will notify you and offer an appropriate solution

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.
For orders within Israel, refunds typically appear within 7–14 business days after approval. For international orders, the time for funds to appear may vary depending on the payment provider and bank processing times.
YALDY™ is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers. That said, we always make every effort to process refunds as quickly and smoothly as possible, because trust and transparency matter to us.
